Crankshaft Regrinding

Crankshaft regrinding is a precise machining service used to restore damaged crankshaft journals to an oversized state. Over time, high mileage or oil issues can scratch, score, or distort the crankshaft journals. Our machine shop uses high-precision grinders to shave away microscopic layers of damaged metal, restoring a perfectly smooth, round finish. We then match it with new oversized bearings to ensure optimal oil pressure and efficient engine operation.
